Approved were applications from Sharon Smith for The Bluebird Cottage LLC, doing business as Welcome Home, and from Old Souls Vintage and Antiques.
The Council approved an invoice from J & T Environmental for $8,800 for repairing the manhole at the entrance to the Roosevelt Rehabilitation Historic Pools, allowing the city to access the water meter. Tabled to the next work session was discussion over redoing the floors in the Warm Springs Community Center, as only one bid had been received for $8,052.05 from Subcontractor Connection LLC.
The next regular meeting of the Warm Springs City Council will be Monday, September 14, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
