Belk honored by Robins Regional

The Small Business of the

Month Committee of the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce presented Belk with

the January Small Business of the Month Award, sponsored by Ambassador

Personnel.

“Belk department

store has been a part of the Robins Region for many years,” said Andrea Griner,

Small Business of the Month chair. “From their years at the Houston Mall to

their new and recently expanded location in the Galleria Mall, they have

offered the community a wonderful shopping experience.”

Griner said that the

store is well managed and the sales associates are always friendly and helpful.

“Belk recognizes the importance of giving back to a community,” said Griner. “Through

their semi-annual Belk Charity Event, they are able to support local charities,

schools, churches and other non-profit organizations.”

Griner along with

several other attendees agreed that it is always a pleasure to shop at Belk and

many count themselves as one of their many loyal customers.

“They have made a

tremendous impact on the middle Georgia community for many years,” said Griner.

Belk will also host

their 125th Anniversary after being in Middle Georgia for 40 years. The event

will occur later this spring and Belk welcomes the business and local community

alike to join them. Stay connected with the Chamber to see more information

coming concerning date and time of Belk’s anniversary event.
